The San Francisco Regional Center participates in the USCIS International Investors program, successfully raising more than $100 million from investors residing in locales such as Shanghai, China and Abu Dhabi, Dubai. A prerequisite of the program is to compile a thorough business proposal outlining demographics, economic feasibility and budget guidelines for each designated project. The U.R. Group authored, co-authored and edited approved business proposals that provided the blueprint for establishing a multitude of enterprises for SFRC.
